It seems that Sandra Oh just keeps “killing” it.

The 47-year-old Korean-Canadian actress co-hosted the 76th Golden Globe Awards last month in California, the US, becoming the first Asian woman to do so.
上个月，这位47岁的加拿大籍韩裔女演员在美国加州和他人联袂主持了第76届金球奖颁奖典礼，成为了金球奖史上首位亚裔女主持人。
But Oh actually made history twice at the ceremony: She took home the Best Actress award for her role in BBC America’s Killing Eve. The award made her the first Asian woman to win multiple Golden Globes.
而事实上，吴珊卓在此次颁奖典礼上两度创造了历史：她凭借在BBC美国出品的剧集《杀死伊芙》中所饰演的角色获得最佳女主角奖。该奖项也令她成为了首位拿下多座金球奖的亚裔女性。
Many people know Oh through Grey’s Anatomy. In the hit TV show, Oh plays a devoted doctor named Cristina Yang, who is a non-stereotypical Asian character. This role won Oh her first Golden Globe award.

In fact, Oh has long been committed to portraying real Asians to Western audiences. In Killing Eve, for example, Oh played a special agent called Eve Polastri, who hunts a killer named Villanele.

“Her performance not only shows the changing attitudes of audiences toward diversity and inclusivity, it also shows that, in fact, an Asian woman’s story can be art,” reporter Jackie Wong wrote on Medium.
“她的表演不光体现了观众们对于多样性与包容性的态度发生了改变，还表明一个亚裔女性的故事其实也可以是艺术，”记者杰基·王在Medium网站上写道。
And Oh’s commitment was rewarded big at this year’s Golden Globes. In her acceptance speech, Oh described the fact of her simply standing on the stage as a “moment of change”.
而吴珊卓的努力令她在今年的金球奖颁奖礼上收获颇丰。在获奖感言中，她将自己站在台上的这一刻称为“改变的时刻”。
“I said ‘yes’ to the fear of being on this stage tonight because I wanted to be here, to look out into this audience and witness this moment of change,” Oh said.
“我愿意面对今夜站在这舞台上的恐惧，因为我希望站在这里，面对这些观众，并见证这一改变的时刻，”吴珊卓说道。
So Oh is not just killing it with her performance in Killing Eve and with her witty and humorous hosting skills – she’s killing it in every possible way as an Asian woman.
