Political figures from around the world have hailed the Chinese path to modernization led by the Communist Party of China, saying it creates opportunities for the world and encourages more developing countries to pursue a modernization drive suited to their national conditions.They made the comments on Tuesday at an event in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, held to showcase the province's achievements in implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
