China will take a series of measures to stabilize the foreign trade and optimize its structure, said a senior government official on Sunday.The government will create more opportunities, including resuming offline exhibitions, improving the processing efficiency of APEC business travel card applications and facilitating the orderly resumption of international passenger flights, said Wang Shouwen, vice-minister of commerce and China's international trade representative.The APEC business travel card is a travel document issued to business travelers who are citizens of APEC participating economies.
