Alibaba plunged 8.8% to close at $89.8, the biggest one-day drop since its September IPO, after the company announced disappointing results for the quarter ending on December 31. The stock plunge sent Jack Ma’s fortune down to $20.7 billion, while Wang’s wealth edged up to $21.4 billion amid successful IPOs recently.

His Wanda Group also recently announced $1 billion investment to develop mixed-use real estate property in Sydney’s central business district.
